↩ 30天无理由退换 — 收到商品后30天内,如不满意可申请退货退款,无需说明理由。
退款将在5–10个工作日内退回至原支付方式。
退货条件
申请退货的商品须满足以下条件:
- 在收货日期起30天内提出申请
- 商品未使用,保持原始状态
- 包含原始包装(包装盒、防护材料等)
- 附有购买凭证(订单号或收据)
不适用退货的情况
- 超过30天退货窗口期
- 商品已使用、清洗或改装
- 因买方原因造成的损坏(跌落、划痕等)
- 定制或个性化商品
- 卫生类商品(如餐具等已开封使用)
退货流程

联系客服
发送邮件至 support@yunshang-home.com,注明订单号、退货原因及商品照片(若有损坏)。

收到退货标签
客服确认后,我们将在1–2个工作日内向您发送预付费退货标签(适用于部分地区)。

寄回商品
使用原包装妥善包裹商品,按照退货标签上的地址寄回。请保留快递单号。

收到退款
我们收到退货并完成质检后,将在5–10个工作日内将退款退回至您的原支付方式。

换货

运费说明
- 因商品质量问题或错误发货:退货运费由我们承担
- 因个人原因退货(不喜欢、下错单等):退货运费由买方承担

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns — If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt, you may return any item for a full refund.
Return Conditions
Items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Includes original packaging (box, protective materials, etc.)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Returns requested after the 30-day window
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Damage caused by the buyer (drops, scratches, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
- Hygiene items (e.g., opened tableware)
Return Process
- Contact us at support@yunshang-home.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return label — we'll send a prepaid label within 1–2 business days (available in select regions)
- Ship the item — pack securely using original packaging. Keep the tracking number
- Receive refund — processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Exchanges
